The Carriage House comes with a separate living room and private deck overlooking Nevada City.
This 900 square foot house sits atop an estate property on N. Pine Street in downtown Nevada City. It has a park like setting with a quiet and private deck with the best view in town. Also comes with a full kitchen, king sized bed and a extra twin day bed.
Rates are $500 per week, based on double occupancy, include all utilities and weekly housekeeping. Please note, no dogs allowed.
At the Outside Inn, our room rates vary to accomodate every traveler's budget. Our economy rooms start at $75 and $90. Some with queen beds, some with a queen and a twin. Kitchenettes are $95 and our one bedroom suites are $120. Our luxurious Cabin, our romantic Creekside Hideaway, and the adventurous Rock Climbing Suite are each $145, while the two bedroom Cottage is a bargain at $180 per night. If you are looking to rent an apartment or house in Nevada City, be sure to check out our vacation rentals. All prices are based on double occupancy and are non smoking. Additional people or dogs in the room are $10 each per night. Plus our package plan allows you to stay for seven nights for the price of six. We require a two night minimum over Saturday night from May through December.
